Overview
- Strategy & Planning
- Analyze customer data, local market, and competitors in new store areas
- Build and optimize store launch plans by phases, ensuring store KPIs
- Execution & Coordination
- Execute store launch campaigns: promotion, POSM, activation, communication, local partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timeline and execution quality
- Optimization & Scale: Track performance (traffic, conversion, AOV…) and drive continuous optimization
- Others: Perform other tasks assigned by the Growth Marketing Lead/Manager
- Education & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing (retail/FMCG preferred); experience in store launch is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities
- Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement
