Overview

Provide training for new hires to help them to be well-equipped with program knowledge & Soft skills, preparing them for real-life situations.
Support in doing Quality Tasks during off-peak season, including auditing, joining weekly & monthly calibrations, conducting coaching sessions to maintain agents' quality.
Identifying and resolving quality issues, addressing root causes to build an appropriate action plan to maintain SOPs.
Prepared new hires for obtaining and maintaining employment by training coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management and problem-solving skills to utilize in a professional setting.
Trained and validated of trainees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and recommendation of additional skill requirements as needed.
