  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
  • Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce planning.
  • Manage and monitor recruitment performance, hiring progress, team workload, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive mass recruitment initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring demands.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Recruitment Operations & Sourcing
  • Develop and optimize sourcing channels including job boards, employee referrals, social media, partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Strengthen candidate pipeline and improve hiring efficiency through data-driven recruitment approaches.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Workday preferred) to manage recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Employer Branding & Process Improvement
  • Support and implement employer branding activities to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Monitor market trends including salary, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Lead and coach Talent Acquisition team members to achieve hiring targets and maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to align recruitment priorities and business objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
