Overview
- Control the Invoice and payment processing, to execute timely and accrue payments to vendors. Including payment term, coordinating with the treasure function and ensure compliance with payment policies.
- AP accountant needs to improve the payment process to control the payment system in efficiently and make sure enough cash to pay to vendors as scheduled.
- AP Accountant support vendor management activities and ability to assist in resolving vendor issues.
- Reconcile expense reports and verify expense details. Evaluate the accuracy in matching expenses with appropriate documentation, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
- Adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements related to vendor payments, tax withholding, and reporting.
- Evaluate the ability to ensure accurate and timely compliance with applicable regulations.
- Attention to detail in performing the tasks and the ability to accurately record financial transactions, identify errors or discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions.
