Overview

CS TASK:
Reply and take care of the customer’s orders, make sure all orders will be done smoothly.
Work with CS & Stock Controller, Warehouse, Logistic to make sure customers’ demands are well delivered.
Inform customers about their orders in email, zalo: when to deliver, what’s the solution for stock-lacking products.
Do all paperwork related to: Quotation, Contract, Product introduction, v…v…
Take care of B2B, B2C of Phu Quoc Branch.
ACCOUNTING TASK:
Prepared and issued invoices for all orders delivered daily, and maintained accurate consolidated records.
Posted financial transactions into the system and compiled daily summaries of cash and bank inflows and outflows
Produced daily cash collection reports and monitored outstanding COD payments
Monitored operational expenses and prepared Payment Requests for submission to the HCM office
Oversaw the processing of return, re-delivery, replacement, sample, and staff orders, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
Performed additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Detailed oriented, Customer Service mindset, Proactive, Problem-solving, ability to learn fast, teamwork, individual work, withstand high pressure.
Degree in Economic / Business / Foreign Trade /Marketing / English/ Related field
Computer skill: Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good verbal and written communication skills.in both English and Vietnamese
Experienced in Horeca Channel, Retail, Food Service preferred.
