Overview

Develop creative event concepts and structure proposals based on client briefs and market insights.
Collaborate with Art Design, Show & Visual, and Project teams to ensure concept feasibility and audience engagement.
Research event trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to craft impactful event ideas.
Assist in structuring proposal presentations with clear storytelling and strategic flow.
Present proposals in English to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, generating fresh and innovative event ideas.

At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high-quality work.
