Make weekly, monthly report.
Conduct past defected checking in the production line and implement horizontal action to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
B. Main job:
1. Analysis database, find root cause of the defects. And then cooperate with the relevant departments to deploy actions & follow up
2. Control the daily defect data from "Daily Inspection Report" and "Parts Defect" system.
Investigate & take action to improve the quality issue. And then cooperate with the relevant departments to deploy actions & follow up
3. Make plan & establish CT for new model, mass production, DCS…
4. Make plan to evaluation & deploy Dummy test
5. New machine, new line, Past problem, pokayoke, Leaktest audit…
6. Control the inspection license & deploy training program if any..
