Overview

Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ chứng từ hàng xuất đường biển (Sea Export).
Làm việc với khách hàng, hãng tàu, đại lý trong và ngoài nước để xử lý các lô hàng.
Đặt booking, theo dõi lịch tàu và cập nhật tiến độ cho khách hàng.
Chuẩn bị, kiểm tra và phát hành các chứng từ xuất khẩu như SI, Bill of Lading
Phối hợp với các bộ phận Operations, Sales, Kế toán để đảm bảo lô hàng được xử lý
Theo dõi, xử lý các phát sinh trong quá trình vận chuyển và hỗ trợ khách hàng khi
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý.
Handle Sea Export documentation and coordinate the end-to-end documentation
Liaise with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and relevant parties to
Arrange bookings, monitor vessel schedules, and provide shipment updates to
Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Shipping Instructions (SI)
Coordinate closely with the Operations, Sales, and accounting teams to ensure
Resolve shipment-related issues and provide timely support to customers.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
