Overview

  • Customer Relationship & Account Management
  • Nurture and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers to secure continuous business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage clients to introduce advanced Chiller, Airside and relevant equipments replacement packages and provide regular technical updates.
  • Initiate and execute targeted customer engagement activities to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Manage and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management database for accurate account tracking
  • Technical Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales activities for turnkey replacement packages, including the supply and installation of Chillers, Airside equipment, and ancillary systems (cooling towers, pumps, piping, ductworks, and electrical integration).
  • Conduct technical assessments and propose energy-efficient HVAC optimization solutions based on energy audit references.
  • Expand market footprint by identifying and acquiring new customers through equipment-base tracking and networking.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors and internal Technical Teams during site surveys to generate precise commercial quotations.
  • Lead contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contracts, pricing, and commercial terms (p. 1).
  • Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and promotional materials (brochures, leaflets) to key stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Coordinate with the Technical and Administrative teams to ensure seamless processing of payment and billing documents.
  • Monitor and report on accounts receivable status to ensure timely debt collection.
  • Analyze and compile comprehensive sales data (pipeline inquiries, contract status, market trends, and competitor intelligence) for management reporting).
  • Strictly adhere to company compliance procedures, sales regulations, and operational guidelines.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional departments (Technical, Accounting, Legal, and Sales) to ensure smooth project execution.
