Overview

Understand client goals and translate them into strong creative directions.
Lead and oversee the development of big ideas for music festivals and outdoor events.
Guide internal brainstorming sessions and ensure ideas stay aligned with the overall strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, account) to shape cohesive and impactful proposals.
Write and review detailed proposals, including event concepts, activities, schedules, and key deliverables.
Create and present persuasive presentations to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and creative best practices to inspire standout concepts.
Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional coordination

Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field
Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
Passion for music festival, concert, events, and brand experiences.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
