Overview

  • Government important policy information collection and analysis: Compile information on major government important policy developments (laws and regulations related to the leasing industry, new SBV regulations for the financial industry, investment regulations or major industry-related policies, etc.), and analyse the potential opportunities and risks for the company. Act as a strategic advisor…
  • Advocacy Government Policy: Build and maintain high-level relationships with central and local government agencies. Proactively represent the company’s interests in the formulation of new policies and regulations.
  • Regular relationship maintenance: Establish formal and informal network or communication channels with SBV / Tax department / Police department/ Labour or Social Insurance department. Building government trust and goodwill towards the company.
  • Work directly with government agencies on matters related to company. And support the resolution of issues arising between government authorities with internal cross department.
  • Proactively manage and resolve issues involving government agencies and external parties, ensure accurate and timely communication among the company, government agencies and external parties. Minimize reputational risks related to external relations.
  • Assisting across departments in government inspection / audit or solving project or task force with government, process non-public consultation and communication with the government, coordinating and lobbying to reduce the risk of being punished by the government inspection.
  • Collaborate with financial industry companies and associations to form alliances and jointly promote policies or obtain licenses that are beneficial to the company.
  • Company license lifecycle management: management of business licenses registration related issue. And cooperate with internal cross department to maintain various authorizations, permits, including Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC)..etc.
