Overview

Talent Acquisition (80%):
Assist to identify sourcing channels to approach and recruit qualified candidates
Assist to manage recruitment and selection processes (Sourcing – HR Interview – Manager Interview – Offer - Onboard)
Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way
Support to implement the HR projects such as Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Internal Communications...
Guild new employees for personal documents preparation
Work with other HR functions (C&B, Admin, IC) for pre-onboarding preparation for new employees
Other HR jobs for project as required by TA Supervisor
A university degree or higher preferably
Be able to work full time from Mon - Fri
Positive, proactive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
Passionate in Human Resources
MS Office – Specializing in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
