Overview

Customer Service Center & Spare part WH
Submit daily/weekly reports customers serviced, complete other reporting as necessary.
Support Service Team in evaluating needs and opportunities to best support consumer repairs in region
Ensure all process activity is communicated, and service levels are understood and exercised.
Relevant Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or warehouse management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
COMPETENCIES: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)
Language: Vietnam and English
High level of customer service orientation required—a desire to help or serve others, to identify, meet and exceed their needs and expectations
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power point, Outlook, and Excel required
Knowledge of Office programs will be preferred
