Overview

  • Supervision of QC Auditors team. Responsible for staff disciplines
  • Maintenance of weekly Quality System Audit and Dock Audit. Performance and ensure retention of data records integrity. Assist Section Leader in the scheduling of yearly weekly Quality System Audit.
  • Plan and control weekly shipment
  • Report to superior if any problem related to shipment.
  • Control WIP balance and make OT plan if any
  • Confirm correction action suggested by production department.
  • Rescreen the stock for customer feedback.
  • Support Line Leader for improving quality and productivity.
  • Conduct on the job training for existing and new hire. Monitor, verify the job of OJT trainer on the line
  • Assisting Section Leader in data collection and providing corrective actions or measurements to improve quantity and quality performance in Customer related quality activities or complaints.
  • Assisting Section Leader to ensure that VI/FI/FA Operator adhere to Quality work instructions on the line.
  • Support QC Production Line and inform to Supervisor if any problems or potential problems arise
  • Assisting Line Leader in training job-related in-house specifications and quality.
  • Observe safety and housekeeping at work station.
  • Quản lý đội ngũ QC Auditors. Có trách nhiệm về kỷ luật của nhân viên.
  • Duy trì Weekly Quality System Audit và Dock Audit. Thực hiện và đảm bảo hồ sơ đầy đủ. Hỗ trợ trưởng bô phận trong việc lập kế hoạch cho Weekly Quality Audit hằng năm.
  • Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát thực hiện theo dõi hàng xuất hằng tuần.
  • Báo cáo các vấn đề nảy sinh liên quan đến việc thực hiện theo dõi hàng xuất cho cấp trên liên quan.
  • Kiểm soát cân bằng WIP tại VI/FI/FA, lập kế hoạch OT nếu có
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra xác nhận các hành động khắc phục được đưa ra bởi sản xuất
  • Thực hiện kiểm soát hàng tồn cho các phản hồi từ khách hàng
  • Phối hợp với các Trưởng ca trong bộ phận để cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm và năng suất sản xuất chung.
  • Lập kế hoạch training cho nhân viên mới và cũ, theo dõi, kiểm tra công việc training của OJT.
  • Trợ giúp Trưởng bộ phận trong việc thư thập dữ liệu và đề xuất những hành động khắc phục hoặc đo lường để cải tiến sản lượng, cải tiến chất lượng thực hiện trong những hoạt động liên quan đến chất lượng hoặc khiếu nại của khách hàng.
  • Trợ giúp Trưởng bộ phận trong việc kiểm tra việc thực hiện qui trình làm việc của Op VI/FI/FA.
  • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho dây chuyền sản xuất khi cần thiết và báo ngay cho cấp trên khi có những sự cố hoặc tiềm tàng sự cố mà chưa giải quyết được.
  • Trợ giúp trưởng ca trong việc huấn luyện.
  • Đảm bảo an toàn lao động, giữ gìn vệ sinh, sắp xếp gọn gàng nơi làm việc.
