Overview

Plan and control of production activities.
Monitor the production activities to ensure smooth operation to meet production and delivery schedule.
Participate in establishing department goals in accordance with the company’s set goals.
Carry out failure analysis and recommend preventive measures to curb recurrences.
Participate in continuous improvement programmes to enhance the manufacturing processes.
Provide technical assistance to the production line as and when required.
Collaborate with the relevant department or Singapore office to evaluate new materials or process.
Enforce safety and housekeeping at production area.
Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát các hoạt động sản xuất.
Giám sát hoạt động sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động suôn sẻ đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất và kế hoạch giao nhận hàng.
Tham gia thiết lập mục tiêu cho bộ phận phù hợp với mục tiêu chung của công ty đề ra.
Tiến hành phân tích lỗi sai và đưa ra những phương pháp dự phòng nhằm hạn chế sự tái diễn.
Tham gia vào chương trình cải tiến liên tục để mở rộng quá trình sản xuất.
Hỗ trợ về mặt kỹ thuật cho dây chuyền sản xuất khi được yêu cầu.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan hoặc chuyên gia để đánh giá nguyên liệu và quá trình mới.
Đảm bảo vệ sinh và an toàn nơi làm việc.
