Overview
- Team Leadership and Development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, including Planning Manager for Mono brands, Replenishment Analyst, Database Management Executive etc.
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop talents, ensuring succession planning for key roles.
- Demand Planning and Replenishment:
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts to align with sales and operational goals.
- Oversee replenishment and supply management to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while preventing stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business priorities.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to supply and demand fluctuations and implement mitigation plans.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to adjust planning strategies proactively.
- Cost Efficiencies:
- Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain.
- Ensure the effective utilization of resources to maintain operational cost-effectiveness.
- System & Support:
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for master data management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales data, master data, and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize customer feedback and data analysis to understand customer preferences and make data-driven decisions regarding product offerings.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate category performance, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to enhance system functionalities.
