Overview

Follow the credit proposal to prepare standard loans documentation and non-standard corporate loans documentation for bilateral/syndication loans.
Ensure completeness of legal and collateral documents for necessary conditions precedent / condition subsequent.
Ensure duly execution of loan documentations in line with the approved terms and conditions and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Process required input in internal and external systems related to credit limits, collateral, and guarantor information.

Compliance with internal and external regulations to process transactions, reports and documentary correctly.
Follow up periodically at the time of renewal/review of credit limits that all required security/support documents are physically held in safe custody; monitoring expiry dates of collateral, collateral valuation and insurance to remind RMs/ Credit Risk for taking actions; and periodic clean-up of old and obsolete facility/security documents upon settlement.
Response for client’s and BU’s enquiry of operation process appropriately.
Engage in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Follow instructions and complete the assignment by supervisor.
