Overview

  • Manage and optimize printing and laminating operations to meet quality, productivity, cost, safety, and delivery targets.
  • Lead daily operations of rotogravure printing and solventless lamination processes.
  • Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, scrap rate, downtime, yield, and OEE.
  • Troubleshoot technical and quality issues related to printing, lamination, color consistency, adhesion, curing, and registration.
  • Lead, train, and develop operators, technicians, and supervisors to build a strong production team.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and support equipment installation, commissioning, and technical improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and production efficiency.
  • Work closely with Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Management teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Quản lý, kiểm soát và tối ưu hoạt động sản xuất bộ phận in ống đồng và ghép màng nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu về chất lượng, năng suất, chi phí, an toàn và tiến độ giao hàng.
  • Giám sát vận hành sản xuất hàng ngày, đảm bảo quy trình sản xuất ổn định và hiệu quả.
  • Theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số sản xuất như năng suất, tỷ lệ hao hụt (scrap), thời gian dừng máy (downtime), hiệu suất (OEE) và tỷ lệ thành phẩm.
  • Phân tích, xử lý các lỗi kỹ thuật và chất lượng liên quan đến in, ghép màng, màu sắc, độ bám dính, curing và độ chính xác màu.
  • Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ vận hành, kỹ thuật viên và giám sát sản xuất.
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận bảo trì trong công tác bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa, xử lý sự cố và cải tiến thiết bị.
  • Thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục, tối ưu hóa quy trình và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan như Kế hoạch, Mua hàng, Quản lý chất lượng và Ban quản lý để đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in printing and laminating operations within flexible packaging.
  • Strong experience in rotogravure printing is required.
  • Hands-on experience in solventless lamination is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of inks, color control, ...
  • Proven experience in team leadership and production management.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing to work in Duc Hoa, Long An.
  • Experience in FDI manufacturing environment.
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (Công nghiệp, Hóa học hoặc các ngành liên quan).
  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất in và ghép bao bì mềm (flexible packaging.
  • Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về in ống đồng là yêu cầu bắt buộc.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về ghép màng là yêu cầu bắt buộc.
  • Có kiến thức tốt về mực in, quản lý màu sắc, ...
  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ sản xuất và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật.
  • Tư duy thực tế, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và định hướng cải tiến liên tục.
  • Sẵn sàng làm việc tại Đức Hòa, Long An.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc môi trường doanh nghiệp FDI
