Overview

Fully in charge of all processes for mandatory Vietnamese Insurances. Make sure information is submitted on a timely basis and accurate manner to protect employee as well as employer legal benefit.
Supervise and make sure the accuracy and timely manner of all new and updated Compensation & Benefit information in Human Resources Software.
Prepare Probationary Agreement, Employment Agreement, Services Supply Agreement and Addendum to Employment Agreement for all local employees
Ensure high level of confidentiality towards employee personal information, employee compensation plan as well as company plan.
Conduct Exit Interview on monthly basis.
Maximize staff satisfaction with Human Resources services.
Fully responsible for Filing and E-filing of Human Resources.
Read and master the content and how to implement the policies & procedures.
Give feedback to line manager on how to improve and adjust the policies & procedures if necessary.
Responsible for implementing the company policies & procedures correctly.
