Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
Lead monthly Sales & Business Performance reporting, Global KPI tracking through integrated dashboards and performance reviews.
Analyze performance trends, variances, and key business drivers to identify gaps and root causes.
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support management decisions and business performance improvement.
3C-4P analysis: Analyze Market, segment, competitors and consumers trends in order to provide a long-term strategy for the dedicated segments.
Sales planning & Budgeting
Lead monthly Rolling Sales Planning across volume, pricing, product/size mix, and regional dimensions.
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify sales gaps and key drivers, and drive corrective actions to optimize sales efficiency.
Support Mid-Term Business Plan development and visualization through data-driven scenarios and business insights.
Conduct Annual Budgeting across volume and financials, translating strategic directions into actionable business plans.
Strategic visualization & analysis models
