Overview

Cost analysis, Conduct feasibility analysis to product.
Identify and confirm customer’s technical specifications, key features identification and confirmation.
Check and confirm process scheme and process flow of new products.
Accountable for creation of documents like BOM/Routing/Drawing/CP/PFMEA/Flow chart.

Cooperate with process engineer and involve in Pre-production trial to solve process quality problems, design problems on products structure or materials raised during trial/production.
Responsible for material and new supplier evaluation and validation, assist procurement to do continuously improvement on supplier quality
Engineering changes implementation.
Shooting customer’s complaint and keep good relationship with customers.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
