Overview

Support outsourcing operations by coordinating resource requests from internal departments and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding activities, including interview arrangements, documentation, compliance checks, and issue resolution.
Act as the main operational contact between internal teams and outsourcing vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Prepare and maintain outsourcing-related documentation, including processes, guidelines, reports, and operational records.
Monitor outsourcing performance and reporting, including demand tracking, vendor performance, budget utilization, expense forecasting, and data analysis.
Drive process improvement and governance by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
