Overview

Lead and develop Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets in quality, time, and cost.
Build and execute recruitment strategies and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
Partner with business units to define hiring needs, job requirements, sourcing plans, and optimize budgets.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer, and onboarding per company policy.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified talent for business operations and growth.
Develop employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen employer image.
Build and maintain talent pipelines via referrals, networking, events, social media, and partners.
Track recruitment KPIs and market trends to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Improve recruitment processes and apply tools/systems to increase effectiveness.
Prepare recruitment reports and support HR projects and other assigned tasks.
