Overview
- Business Development & Sales Execution ( GOALS)
- a. Develop and expand HORECA customer portfolio, including prospecting new outlets and managing existing key accounts.
- b. Deliver monthly/quarterly sales volume & distribution target.
- c. Negotiate trading terms, listing, price, visibility, activation support with customers.
- d. Ensure perfect execution of sales fundamentals: availability, pricing, visibility, stock rotation.
- Customer Relationship Management (ACTION PLAN)
- a. Build strong, long-term partnerships with chefs, purchasing managers, owners, and F&B managers.
- b. Collect insights on customer needs, menu trends, and competitor activities to propose tailored solutions.
- c. Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.
- Trade Marketing & Activation
- a. Coordinate with Marketing/Trade team to execute HORECA activations, sampling, and visibility programs.
- b. Track performance of promotions, activations, and evaluate ROI.
- c. Support in POSM deployment, menu development, co-branding initiatives with partners.
- Sales Operation & Reporting
- a. Prepare weekly sales reports, customer pipeline, forecast and stock planning for the channel.
- b. Update customer database, contact list, and sales tracking system.
- c. Follow up PR/PO, contracts, claims, invoices and ensure compliance to company policies.
- d. Work closely with supply chain and finance to ensure order accuracy, payment follow-up, and stock availability.
- Market Intelligence
- a. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, NPDs, and provide insights to Sales Manager.
- b. Recommend actions for channel development, menu opportunities, and key product pushing.
