Overview
- Strategy & Operations / Chiến lược & vận hành
- Develop and execute short- and long-term procurement strategies aligned with corporate direction./ Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược mua sắm ngắn và dài hạn phù hợp với định hướng công ty.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee procurement operations to ensure efficiency and performance./ Lập kế hoạch, điều phối và giám sát hoạt động mua sắm nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành.
- Team Management / Quản lý đội ngũ
- Lead, develop, and coach the procurement team to achieve annual targets/ Dẫn dắt, phát triển và hỗ trợ đội ngũ đạt mục tiêu hàng năm.
- Manage organizational structure, including staffing, training, and capability development./ Quản lý cơ cấu tổ chức, bao gồm tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực.
- Supplier & Performance Management / Quản lý nhà cung cấp & hiệu suất
- Monitor procurement KPIs, budget, inventory, and cost optimization initiatives./ Theo dõi KPI mua sắm, ngân sách, tồn kho và các sáng kiến tối ưu chi phí.
- Analyze, evaluate, and ensure suppliers comply with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) standards and the group's standards../ Phân tích, đánh giá, đảm bảo nhà cung cấp tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn QCD (Chất lượng, Chi phí, Giao hàng) và các tiêu chuẩn của tập đoàn.
- Stakeholder Management / Quản lý quan hệ
- Building relationships and creating a smooth workflow throughout the supply chain management system./ Xây dựng mối quan hệ và tạo luồng công việc thông suốt trong chuỗi quản lý cung ứng
- Reporting & Compliance / Báo cáo & tuân thủ
- Prepare, review, analyze data, and present procurement reports to management./ Lập, kiểm tra, phân tích dữ liệu và trình bày báo cáo mua sắm cho cấp quản lý.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and handle external audits./ Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình mua sắm và xử lý đánh giá/audit bên ngoài.
