Overview
- Identify, connect, and develop a network of TikTok Beauty Influencers/KOLs/KOCs in the Vietnam market
- Build and manage an influencer database in beauty product reviews, skincare, and makeup; negotiate pricing, cooperation models, and campaign execution with influencers and MCN agencies
- Oversee the full collaboration process including sample delivery, content coordination, posting schedules, and campaign performance
- Analyze key metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, CVR, and ROI to optimize results
- Research TikTok Beauty trends and competitor activities to recommend suitable strategie
- Collaborate with operations, advertising, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign progress.

- College degree or above
- Native Vietnamese speaker with strong communication skills
- Chinese for work communication is required (HSK4, HSKK) and basic English is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TikTok Influencer BD or Influencer Marketing
- An existing beauty influencer network is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
