Overview

In charge of daily operations and transactions of trade finance & settlements
Handle & process transactions and documents under import & export letters of credit, documentary collections.
Precise transaction data, accounting entries and swift messages.
Examine shipping documents in accordance with international standards
Monitor bill payables and/or receivables, due date for honoring and customers’ funding to ensure timely obligation fulfillment in compliance with international rules and practices
Conduct transaction compliance screening: sanction checks, due diligence and enhanced due diligence if in case as per Bank’s policy and guidelines
Customers services and consultancy
Prepare reports required by Head Office and local regulators
Other assignments by Department Head and/or line supervisor.
