  • Technical sales and focus to Marketing for Care business ( Personal Care and Home Care) in the North: Sale , Focus to Marketing and give technical services after sale.
  • In charge for Care business ( Personal Care and Home Care) in the North
  • Support Hanoi Care Team ( Personal Care and Home Care)
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Making reports to principal
  • Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors’ landscape
  • Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
  • Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
  • To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
  • Take responsibility for deadstock and slow moving.
  • Making market trends of your country / consolidate and select market trend of the world to introduce local market.
  • Master of marketing techniques

  • Make presentation of products into local word and easy to remember
  • Understanding market need and present our products to meet their needs
  • Monthly sales report, month sales analysis reports
