Overview
- Valuation & Market Analysis
- Conduct valuation and analysis of various asset types, including residential properties, serviced apartments, industrial parks, markets, and machinery & equipment.
- Perform site inspections and collect on-site data to support valuation assignments.
- Collect, verify, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of valuation inputs.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations based on client requirements.
- Prepare valuation reports and support documents in line with internal standards.
- Market Research & Data Management
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc market reports for internal and external use.
- Build, maintain, and update databases of market data to support valuation and advisory activities.
- Use analytical tools to interpret market data and forecast trends.
- Stay updated on market movements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Client & Project Coordination
- Prepare fee quotations, proposals, and contracts for valuation assignments.
- Communicate with clients to clarify scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain professional communication with clients before, during, and after project completion.
- Administrative & Team Support
- Assign tasks and manage project documentation across team members.
- Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle issues related to project timelines and coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing in compliance with internal audit procedures.
- Prepare supporting materials such as templates, brochures, and internal reports as required.
- Support onboarding and training new team members.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers and department heads.
