Overview

Join (or lead) some projects to improve or develop new processes to optimize production workflows and increase efficiency.
Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to reduce material waste, operational costs, and machine downtime.
Investigate root causes of quality issues to minimize the Customer Complaint Rate (CCR) and improve product consistency.
Lead or participate in capital investment projects, machine upgrades, and system automation evaluations.
Help other departments with technical related matters to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Train and guide new staffs, operators on standardized operational procedures and continuous improvement mindsets.
Others Tasks as supervisor required.
