Overview
- Develop an overall production plan based on order specifications, established priorities, worker capacity, machinery/equipment, and spare parts and material availability.
- Coordinate internally between Scheduling, Service, RM, PRD, WH & Prepress teams.
- Ensure each operation meets delivery dates according to SLA/ETD, CRD (Flexibility), and PD (Reliability) order specifications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance in terms of Output, UEE, and UPLH.
- Request materials from the warehouse for production according to the daily production schedule, while also monitoring and reporting on weekly and monthly production inventory.
- Work with the Printing/ Prepress department to maintain and accurately update delivery times, colors, printing method and UPS in the master data file.
