Overview
- Support Sales Manager for daily managing, leading and motivating members of sales team to meet sales performance and targets.
- Perform as an experienced sales member who actively researches the market and develops new business opportunities with new customers, while maintaining close relationships with existing customers.
- Take responsibility for specific FA products and act as a specialist to support customer inquiries and market demands.
- Execute sales activities in line with the company’s sales strategy to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor new projects and market trends, and propose suitable automation solutions to fulfil all customers’ requirements.
- Prepare and report sales plans, activities, and results to the manager.
- Cooperate with FA partners, including system integrators, OEM machine manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
- Conduct overall sales training / seminars and share experiences or applications for other sales members in team and distributors or customers.
