- Achieve all Process Engineering, Production’s specific target and Autoliv Vietnam generic targets (Profitability, Policy deployment…) for IE.
- Report to the Process Engineering Manager
- Follow and promote all ALV Vietnam policies and procedures.
- Optimize production processes (Lean/IE):
- Production line balancing:
- Research and design jigs/fixtures:
- Analyze and optimize material utilization:
- Develop and standardize procedures:
