Overview

Ensure effective logistics and warehouse operations, on-time delivery, accurate quantity, and cost optimization. Support activities related to inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and process improvement to enhance work efficiency.
Serve as point of contact for customers on any Logistics/ Customs related issues.
Collaborate with Customer service, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve issues or queries they may have.
Execute and monitor domestic and international shipping activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Control transportation costs and propose optimization solutions.
Manage forwarders and evaluate forwarders’ performance monthly/ quartely.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and KPIs.
Manage logistics budgets and negotiate contracts with service providers.
Support the material planning team in tracking delivery schedules.
Assist in implementing JDE systems and logistics data analysis tools.
