Overview
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, cruises, flights, and tour services.
- Confirm and monitor bookings with suppliers.
- Prepare operation files and service vouchers.
- Assist sales team with tour arrangements.
- Handle customer requests and operational issues.
- Ensure smooth delivery of tours from arrival to departure.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- All works of Operation including customer services, contracting ,branding and Company business development
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or related tourism field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, overtime and manage multiple bookings.
- Knowledge of Vietnam & South-east Asia & destinations is an advantage.
