Overview

Manage a client portfolio
Communicate with both B2B and B2C clients via email or phone to meet their demands and requirements.
Advise clients on suitable options and stay informed about market trends and upcoming products.
Create tour programs according to clients’ requests, following Sales Department procedures.
Collect marketing materials and provide additional information to clients (e.g., destination details and products) to enhance sales.
Make calculations and send quotations to clients.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of issued tickets for travel, accommodation, insurance, visa, and currency requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of tour programs.
Attend Sales team meetings and report on weekly assignments.
