Overview

Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives for ADM Aquaculture across Asia, with a primary focus on the Vietnam market, ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives
Partner with Commercial, Technical, and Product Management teams to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and marketing priorities.
Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights across key aquaculture segments to support tactical marketing activities and internal decision-making
Manage social media activities for the aquaculture business, including content planning, content calendars, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring
Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, aquaculture industry conferences, customer seminars, and other related activities
Localize and adapt global and regional marketing materials for Asia markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam, while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards
Support marketing procurement and logistics processes, including PR/PO follow-up, coordination with suppliers, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
Carry out other marketing-related duties as assigned to support the effective implementation of aquaculture marketing activities
