Overview

Employer Branding & Reputation Management
Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to position Apollo English as an employer of choice.
Conduct social listening and monitor employer brand reputation across platforms and communities.
Support leadership branding initiatives for senior executives aligned with company values and positioning.
Acquisition Top Funnel Driving
Drive candidate awareness and attraction through recruitment marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Digital teams to optimize performance and increase CV applications across owned media channels.
Support recruitment events, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent community engagement.
Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to support hiring priorities.
PR & Partnerships
Coordinate PR opportunities, media collaborations, and external communication activities related to employer branding.
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, communities, and external organizations.
Support CSR and external engagement initiatives that strengthen employer reputation.
Measurement & Optimization
Track employer branding, recruitment marketing, and campaign performance.
Analyze insights and recommend improvements for branding and talent attraction effectiveness.
