Overview

The Junior Field Application Engineer supports pre-sales and post-sales technical activities for RF and wireless solutions. The role is suitable for engineers with 1-3 years of experience or outstanding fresh graduates who are eager to develop their expertise in LTE/5G and RF technologies under the guidance of senior team members.
Support marketing events, customer meetings and partner enablement activities from a technical perspective.
Assist in collecting customer requirements and preparing technical information for opportunity qualification.
Participate in product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities and technical presentations.
Support the preparation of technical proposals, including system configuration, BoQ and RFP responses.
Coordinate with internal teams, factories and partners to ensure appropriate technical solutions.
Assist in system delivery, implementation and acceptance testing at customer sites.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support under the guidance of senior engineers.
Document customer feedback and contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
