Overview

Demand planning
Analyze sales demand and prepare demand forecasts for the next 6–12 months.
Work closely with the Production team to develop weekly production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, production efficiency and supporting equipment.
Support the planning and execution of new product launches (NPD) and Limited-Time Offers (LTOs).
Support the verification and conversion of product specifications before export.
Operational & Inventory Management
Manage daily supply chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, supporting the preparation of delivery documents and sample shipment documents and updating order status in the ERP system.
Propose and implement best practices to optimize inventory management, product distribution and product availability.
Prepare purchase orders for trading products and imported goods, ensuring accurate planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations and industry standards (e.g., product labeling, Halal requirements, and ingredient specifications).
