Overview

  • Role 1: Product Marketing
  • Lead product launch planning and execution for key product pillars in the Vietnam market.
  • Develop localized Go-to-Market strategies aligned with regional and global brand direction.
  • Conduct consumer, competitor, and market analysis to identify business opportunities and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Education, and Supply Chain teams to maximize product performance.
  • Adapt global marketing assets for local execution while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and consumer insights to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage assigned A&P budget, sales forecast, and campaign reporting.
  • Role 2: Social & KOL Marketing
  • Develop and execute social, influencer, and PR strategies to strengthen Sulwhasoo's brand awareness and desirability.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, media, celebrities, and strategic partners.
  • Lead influencer campaigns from planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Develop social content directions and collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Execute PR initiatives, brand partnerships, retail events, and experiential activations that reinforce the luxury brand image.
  • Monitor social media performance, earned media value, engagement, and campaign effectiveness to optimize future initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.
