Overview
- Rel Test & Report and Regular REL Monitor
- Do REL Risk assessment for Quality issue
- Customer Regular Monitor / Customer Requested Test & Report
- Customer Spec Review / Jedec Spec Review
- NPI handling as Rel DRI following the customer input
- Reliability Lab Technical setup (document, i.e. spec, WI)
- Reliability test condition setup per device specific requirements
- Machine buy off for Reliability test equipment per customer requirements
- Qualify outsourcing lab suppliers and tool/board suppliers
- Trouble shooting for Rel process problem
- Rel lab effectiveness and efficiency control and drive continuous improvement
- Technical Evaluation & Report
- Educational Qualification: University graduate
- Experience: more than 3 year of experience or fresh graduates
- Skills: Good at English, communication skills
