Overview

  • Continuous Improvement Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the site's Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Operational Excellence programs.
  • Facilitate value stream mapping and process optimization initiatives.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Coach and mentor department leaders on CI tools and methodologies.
  • Track and report improvement project progress and savings realization.
  • Process Engineering:
  • Optimize chemical production processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Review process performance data and recommend process improvements.
  • Support Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), HAZOP, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
  • Ensure compliance with process safety management requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Technology, and Engineering teams on process innovations.
  • Promote Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and process monitoring tools.
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools for performance tracking.
  • Support implementation of advanced process control systems.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Drive process capability improvements to maximize production throughput and yield.
  • Reduce process variability through statistical analysis and process control techniques.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and asset utilization to improve production capacity.
  • Support scale-up, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Engineering.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional improvement projects and driving change.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred), RCA, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Minitab, and Advanced Excel.
  • Fluent English.
