Overview

Comply and control compliance of rules and regulations of workplace in team members.
Execute and control production process of unit.
Assign task and control progress for team member based on standard operating procedures and management systems.
Control key performance indicators (KPIs) of team, monitor critical control points and report results daily.
Receive process and respond to ideas and problems from group members to superior to contribute to the improvement of production processes as well as detecting mistakes and proposing improvement ideas.
Actively participate in activities that contribute to the construction and development for factory and company.
Lead and motivate team members to fulfill individual tasks and group goals.
