Overview

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang) or Java.
Build high-performance, event-driven microservices that support critical business workflows and large-scale transaction processing.
Design and implement distributed systems for order management, fulfillment, and commerce operations.
Develop and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
Collaborate on database architecture and data modeling using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, and external services.
Work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Continuously improve system architecture, code quality, observability, and engineering best practices.
Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of backend development experience. We are also open to exceptional early-career engineers with strong technical foundations.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or Java.
Experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Experience working with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with modern observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
Experience working with search technologies such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and high-concurrency applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable products.
Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within regional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience working with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal.
Experience building high-traffic, large-scale systems.
Exposure to AI-powered development tools, AI agents, or AI-driven automation solutions.
Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve engineering productivity, software quality, or operational efficiency.
