Overview

Subjectively participate in daily on-site inspections. Master operational basics through hands-on learning to ensure accurate inspections and routine checks (30%)
Collect weekly and monthly data (incidents, utilities, Sales /customer /bike/car figures) with high precision. Understand how numbers reflect field activities and submit high-quality reports to supervisors (20%)
Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure and regulations. Proactively share ideas for minor workflow improvements noticed during daily tasks (20%)
Handle administrative tasks such as RFA (Request for Approval), contract management, payments and support meeting preparations (10%)
Support on-site activities for new mall launches, events, or emergency responses (15%)
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to achieve organizational goals (5%).
