Overview
- Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets
- Create SKU & PO as per MD's regulation
- Make/Adjust Cost & Price in PROFIT system
- Monitor Suppliers' Sales & Stock movement, Contact suppliers for Price check, Promotion scheme check & request
- Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves to follow MD's Planogram
- Check actual stock condition in backroom, adjust the display if necessary
- Update the MD sales report and send to Merchandisers
- Update Price & Artwork for Monthly Mailer based on Manu to ensure 100% accuracy achievement
- Work with internal departments like Accounting, Legal, IT, RDC… for related documentation in need
- Support MDs in other relevant tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- 01 year experience in retail with the same categories or department
- Show the passion of the merchandise career
- Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mind set
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
