Overview

  • Quản lý và thực hiện (nếu cần) các hoạt động kế toán hàng ngày; đảm bảo rằng tất cả các hoạt động đều phù hợp với nhu cầu của các bên liên quan và tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý liên quan./Manage and execute (where needed) daily accounting activities; ensure that all activities are aligned with the needs of stakeholders and are compliant with relevant legal requirements.
  • Bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn/ This includes, but is not limited to: Giám sát việc đặt chỗ giao dịch và thu thập tài liệu cơ bản chính xác và kịp thời./ Overseeing the correct and timely booking of transactions and collection of underlying documentation.
  • Báo cáo tài chính (Báng cân đối kế toán, P&L, Kế hoạch tiền mặt,...)./ Financial reporting (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash planning,...).
  • Giám sát việc nộp hồ sơ cho cơ quan nhà nước (thuế,...)./ Overseeing the submission of documents to government bodies (tax,...).
  • Kiếm toán (nội bộ và bên ngoài, tự thực hiện, do chính phủ quy định,...)./ Audits (internal and external, selfinduced, government regulated,...).
  • Tư vấn nội bộ về cơ cấu chi phí làm đầu vào cho việc ra quyết định./ Internal consulting regarding cost structures as input to decision making.
  • Lập ngân sách, lập kế hoạch tiền mặt và các nguồn tài trợ bên ngoài./ Budgeting, cash planning, and external financing facilities.
  • Giám sát các hoạt động kế toán chi phí và tạo ra các báo cáo và lời khuyên rõ ràng làm đầu vào cho quá trình ra quyết định quản lý./ Overseeing cost accounting activities and creating clear reports and advice as input to management decision processes.
  • Phân tích tỷ lệ, báo cáo, tư vấn và cảnh báo./ Ratio analysis, reporting, advice, and alerts.
  • Giám sát việc thu hồi nợ đúng hạn./ Overseeing timely receival of payments to creditors.
  • Giám sát việc thu hồi các khoản thanh toán kịp thời từ khách nợ./ Overseeing timely collection of payments from debtors.
  • Rà soát các cơ quan liên quan để hiểu các thay đổi/cập nhật pháp lý và dịch chúng cho tổ chức để đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật và quy định liên quan./ Scan relevant bodies to understand legal changes/updates and translate these to our organization to ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations
