- Content Creation & Internal Communication (45%)
- Assist in planning and creating engaging content across internal and employer branding channels (Social Media, Intranet, ...).
- Apply storytelling mindset and creative visual layouts to translate company updates, cultural values, and employee stories into inspiring communication pieces.
- Brainstorm ideas and participate in executing internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement, pride, and brand love.
- Culture & Employee Engagement Event (45%)
- Support the end-to-end execution of company-wide culture and engagement events (e.g. Year-End Party, monthly/seasonal celebrations, etc.).
- Collect attendee feedback, measure engagement metrics, and prepare post-event recaps with actionable improvement recommendations.
- Others (10%)
- Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager to drive employer brand awareness and positive employee experience.
- Education
- Third- or fourth-year university students, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM).
- Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Employer Branding, Corporate Culture, Internal Communications, and Digital Content Strategy.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy.
- Skill
- Content & Storytelling: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an engaging, audience-centric tone of voice.
- Visual Aesthetic & Layout: Keen aesthetic eye with a strong sensitivity to visual hierarchy, color palette, and modern layouts.
- Creative Tools & AI Enablement: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or basic multimedia editing tools; proactive in leveraging GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva Magic, etc.) to elevate creative output and optimize workflow.
- Platform Familiarity: Hands-on experience across digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Intranet).
- General & Collaborative Skills: Good teamwork, effective communication, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office.

- Prior internship experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Marketing, or Event Organization is a strong plus.
- Active participation in student clubs, youth-led organizations, or university media projects is highly appreciated.
