Tổng quan

Gather and analyze business requirements and understand business processes.
Translate requirements into workflow diagrams and system improvement solutions.
Recommend solutions, assess system changes, and participate in system design and implementation projects.
Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are delivered effectively.
Support functional design, system testing (UAT/SIT), user training, and go-live activities.
Act as a bridge between business, technology, and support teams.
Perform Quality Assurance activities and support ongoing system improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Economics, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, IT Support, or similar role.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
Knowledge of SAP FI and MM modules is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
Experience in software development, deployment, and Quality Assurance is preferred.
